Post Harvest Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical post-harvest breakdown of cannabis plants
• Ensure efficient post-harvest processes, including shucking, sorting, trimming, and other activities
• Meet daily production metrics and maintain quality standards
• Organize and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in room set-up and break-down, and contribute to clean-up processes
• Follow department-specific work instructions and SOPs
• Recognize different strains and identify anomalies within plants

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others while completing individually assigned tasks
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid state ID
• Ability to obtain and maintain state badging requirements (requires background check and state review)
