Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in drying, trimming, bucking and curing processes
• Inspect cannabis products for quality, consistency, and compliance
• Monitor and maintain equipment for proper functioning
• Utilize post harvest equipment safely and efficiently
• Record data related to post harvest activities and movements
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Cannabis production experience (valuable but not required)
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear PPE
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check
