Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out procedures in an efficient manner that complies with regulations and company SOPs
• Being cross-trained on and working alongside the team with harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, processing, filling, packaging, and other tasks
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy with product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
• Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections
• Recording and monitoring processing conditions, proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking
• Monitoring and managing processing equipment supplies and inventory
• Maintaining HVAC systems and monitoring temperature and humidity
• Processing cannabis inflorescence in preparation of extraction
• Performing daily balance checks and calibrations, and calculating Tare-Weight Gross-Weight

Requirements

• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• High school diploma/GED
• 1-year experience in the cannabis or agricultural industry (preferred)
• Adaptable and flexible with ability to manage change and ambiguity
