Pharmacy Technician - Full Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with questions, provide dosage guidance, and deliver outstanding service
• Educate patients on safe and responsible cannabis use
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Prepare and dispense cannabis products in accordance with state regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment
• Stay current on cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
• Foster a positive, respectful workplace culture
• Support inventory management and documentation processes
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state (or held within the past 5 years in good standing)
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Knowledge of medication dosage, pharmacy law, and medical terminology
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
