Pharmacist - Part Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and product details
• Assist patients with questions, concerns, and complaints, adjusting recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback
• Train team members on product knowledge, ensuring they provide proper recommendations to patients
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians, and professionals in the community
• Deepen understanding of cannabis products, dosing, drug interactions, side effects, and the efficacy of different strains and delivery methods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all federal and state laws, overseeing inventory audits and dispensing operations
• Assist with inventory forecasting, product intake, and maintaining systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of application
• Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape
• Passion for patient care and the medical cannabis industry
• Effective communication skills at all levels inside and outside the organization
• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns professionally
• Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
