Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients
• Provide in-depth education on cannabis forms, dosing, and potential side effects
• Assist patients in selecting the most appropriate cannabis products
• Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Operate and maintain proficiency with the point-of-sale and state-mandated seed-to-sale tracking systems
• Serve as the clinical and medical expert for the dispensary team
• Assist in training dispensary staff on product knowledge, patient interactions, and compliance protocols

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist or Medical license
• 2-4 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's required 4-hour medical marijuana training course
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and potential side effects
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
