Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to educate and recommend medical marijuana
• Supervise sales floor activity and point of sales transactions
• Manage inventory, including physical counts and maintenance of inventory levels
• Provide point of contact for physicians, health care providers, and patients
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and standard operating procedures
• Assist with community outreach events and site operations

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-faceted operations
• Attention to detail and ability to manage cash transactions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/sit for long periods
