Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers
• Educate patients and/or customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
• Recommend products and regimens based on patient and/or customer needs
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management team to ensure smooth retail operations
• Maintain a clean and compliant sales floor
• Complete duties at assigned workstations

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• 21 years or older
• Pass background checks and meet state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Compliance with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships
• Previous experience with POS systems
