Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail environment
• Educate patients and customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens suited to each patient's and customer's needs
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Provide support to the management team to ensure smooth retail store operations
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure compliance with regulations
• Follow security measures and safety procedures

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass all required background checks
• Possess a valid driver's license or state ID
• Compliance with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
