Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate patients and/or customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens suited to each patient and/or customer’s needs
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
• Provide support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly
• Complete duties at assigned workstations, including front of house, back of house, and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks, including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods, including moving about the dispensary, remaining in a stationary position, and conversing with individuals and groups
