Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients and/or customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient and/or customer’s needs
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Provide necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure it is properly stocked and compliant

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods of time, including moving about the dispensary and remaining in a stationary position
