Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing environment
• Educate patients and customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens suited to each patient's or customer's needs
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Provide support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly
• Maintain a positive, communicative, patient, and customer-oriented work environment
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are enforced and upheld
• Complete duties at assigned workstations, including front of house, back of house, and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks
• Possess a valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
