Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate patients and customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens suited to each patient's and customer's needs
• Remain up to date on product knowledge
• Promote a positive and communicative work environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Provide support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure it is properly stocked
• Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass all required background checks
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods, move about the dispensary, and converse with individuals and groups
