Key Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and merchant underwriting
• Perform annual compliance reviews and handle merchant outreach
• Process bank account changes and administrative modifications
• Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset
• Maintain professional communications with customers to resolve compliance issues
• Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks
• Leverage AI tools to help scale team operations
