Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection and achieve sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Perform sales transactions and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures governing sales and service

Requirements

• Available to work nights and weekends
• Computer literate with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
• Hand dexterity and ability to visually verify correct product information
