Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and achieve sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Perform sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Establish on-going relationships with customers and complete customer profiles
• Participate in team building and cultural development activities

Requirements

• Available to work nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn operational systems and technology
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
