Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Perform sales transactions in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and practices
• Perform administrative tasks
• Establish on-going relationships with customers
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Computer literacy with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to maintain a stationary sitting or standing position for up to eight hours
• Hand dexterity and ability to visually verify correct product information
