Key Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assists customers in product selection
• Achieves daily/weekly sales objectives
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage
• Maintains accurate sales documentation and point-of-sale systems
• Complies with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
• 21+ years of age with valid driver's license or state ID
• Pass all required background checks, certifications, and DOH affiliation requirements
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Computer literacy with ability to learn operational systems
