Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assists customers in product selection and achieves daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develops communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage
• Performs sales transactions in compliance with regulations
• Maintains knowledge of new and existing products
• Establishes on-going relationships with dispensary customers
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• Available nights and weekends
• Computer literate with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
• Hand dexterity and ability to visually verify correct product information
