Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection and achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Perform sales transactions in compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Establish on-going relationships with dispensary customers and maintain knowledge of new and existing products

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to learn and comply with state regulations governing cannabis sales
• Computer literacy with ability to learn operational systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
