Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety protocols
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Computer literacy with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
