Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assists customers in product selection based on treatment plans and product availability
• Achieves daily/weekly sales objectives
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage
• Maintains knowledge of new and existing products
• Performs administrative tasks and sales transactions
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Computer literacy with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
