Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
• Comply with all regulations and safety protocols
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment

Requirements

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Computer literate with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for up to eight hours, and bend to retrieve products
