Key Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assists customers in product selection
• Achieves daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develops communication and service skills
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage
• Maintains accurate sales documentation and point-of-sale systems
• Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Complies with all regulations and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Must be computer literate with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and maintain a stationary position for up to eight hours
