Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience
• Assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Develop communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews
• Educate customers on product attributes and usage
• Perform sales transactions in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices governing sales and service

Requirements

• Available to work nights and weekends
• Computer literate with ability to learn operational systems
• Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to maintain a stationary sitting or standing position for up to eight hours
