Job Description

The Patient Advocate Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary, handling patient needs, and ensuring all retail operations meet company standards. This role also involves coaching team members, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dispensary
  • Handle patient needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Maintain accurate inventory of cannabis products
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Develop and maintain schedules for patient advocate staff
  • Communicate patient incidents or high-risk complaints to management
  • Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality
  • Oversee patient education and counseling programs

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work efficiently with employees, customers, and government agencies
