Patient Advocate Team Lead Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dispensary
• Handle patient needs and provide excellent customer service
• Coach and manage patient advocate staff
• Maintain accurate inventory of cannabis products
• Develop and maintain schedules for patient advocate staff
• Communicate patient incidents or high-risk complaints to the Operations Director or Compliance team
• Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality
• Oversee patient education and counseling programs

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently with employees, customers, and government agencies
