Patient Advocate Team Lead (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dispensary
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Coach and train dispensary staff
• Maintain accurate inventory of cannabis products
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
• Develop and maintain schedules for patient advocate staff
• Communicate patient incidents or high-risk complaints to management
• Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills
