Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge and expertise to customers about cannabis products
• Resolves customer questions and concerns in a timely and complete manner
• Utilizes Point of Sale and inventory tracking systems to fulfill customer orders
• Maintains a clean and organized dispensary environment
• Meets or exceeds daily sales metrics through tailored product suggestions
• Assists management staff with regulatory and compliance standards
• Fosters a positive work environment and treats others with dignity and respect

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail environment
• Ability to pass background checks and meet age requirements
• Regular and punctual attendance required
• Customer-obsessed, relationship-building, and results-oriented skills
