Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and completely
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory tracking systems
• Adapt to varied sales volume and stay active by initiating continued learning activities
• Meet or exceed day-to-day sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle
• Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards
• Foster a positive work environment and perpetuate a curiosity for everything cannabis

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Ability to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
