Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge, expertise, and guidance to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate with management
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders
• Adapt to varied sales volume and stay active by initiating learning activities
• Meet/exceed day-to-day sales metrics and follow the customer experience selling cycle
• Assist management staff with regulatory and compliance standards
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready store

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years of experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment
• Must stay current with state cannabis agency policies and regulations
• Able to pass background checks and accommodate varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
