Patient Advocate Part-Time (Medical Cannabis)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and expertise to customers about Premium Cannabis products
• Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and completely
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems to fulfill customer orders
• Adapt to varied sales volume and stay active by initiating learning activities
• Meet/exceed day-to-day sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle
• Assist management staff in ensuring procedures are followed for regulatory and compliance standards
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready store

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years of experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail environment
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency
• Ability to accommodate varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
