Part Time Security Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling security personnel and handling call-outs
• Maintain incident reports, log daily activity, and monitor security cameras
• Conduct regular patrol check-ins to ensure all sites are covered and secure
• Serve as the point of contact for inquiries received through walkie-talkie or phone calls
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, activities, and patrols
• Collaborate with security team members to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in Dispatch or Security is preferred, but not required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have open availability to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends, evening, and holiday shifts
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
• Ability to occasionally lift items not to exceed 20 pounds
• Ability to use a computer, phone, or walkie/radio
