Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for guests
• Providing strong long-term relationship-building and problem-solving sales assistance
• Generating references, referrals, and repeat visits
• Staying current with cannabis knowledge to educate and serve with excellence
• Working with fulfillment and regulatory compliance
• Hosting or participating in educational events

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with ordering platforms and POS systems
• Personal or professional experience with cannabis preferred
• Ability to stand for entire shift, use hands to handle objects, and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years of age as required by the Cannabis Regulatory Association
