Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for guests
• Providing problem-solving sales assistance, including upselling and cross-selling
• Generating references, referrals, and repeat visits
• Staying current with cannabis knowledge to educate and serve with excellence
• Hosting or participating in educational events, onsite and offsite
• Maintaining regulatory compliance, including LARA and Metrc

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ordering platforms and POS systems
• Personal or professional experience with cannabis preferred
• Ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 20 pounds, and use hands to handle objects
• Must be at least 21 years of age
