Part Time Delivery Driver

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Process and deliver customer orders using Onfleet
• Receive cash payments and make accurate change
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and in person
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers
• Ensure member concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect
• Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Assist Dispensary staff with inventory, organizing back stock, cleaning, updating website and online menus, and other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work weekends, days, and night shifts
• Ability to pass a background check
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
• Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years of age as required by the Cannabis Regulatory Association
• Must be a Michigan resident and have a Michigan registered driver’s license
