Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals
• Guide patients through product selection based on physician recommendations and individual needs
• Educate customers on the safe and effective use of medical cannabis products
• Maintain a strong understanding of Fluent's products and their benefits
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Record customer interactions and follow up on issues requiring additional research
• Escalate unresolved concerns to management when appropriate
• Assist with inventory counts, sales reporting, and daily operational tasks
• Support deliveries as a Health Educator when needed
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and outstanding patient care

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of sales experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Experience working in a cannabis dispensary or related healthcare retail environment
