• Develop and maintain in-depth cannabis product knowledge
• Inspire customer confidence and develop brand loyalty
• Ensure understanding of local Cannabis Program and Federal Laws
• Comply with security and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
• Demonstrate cash management skills
• Work as a team player and take on assigned duties
