Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience to all visitors
• Build rapport with customers and make helpful recommendations
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to share features, benefits, and care instructions with customers
• Ensure customers know about any specials, promotions, reward programs, etc.
• Complete all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time
• Follow cash-handling and inventory control procedures
• Keep work spaces neat, clean, and organized

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a retail, customer service and hospitality
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift packages/boxes under 30 pounds, crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
• Post offer, pre-employment background check and Live Scan required

Benefits & Perks

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
