Job Description

Part-time Budtender to provide inviting and positive experiences for customers, making product recommendations based on their needs and preferences

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming customer experience
Build rapport with customers and make product recommendations
Develop and maintain product knowledge
Ensure customers know about specials and promotions
Complete POS transactions accurately
Follow cash-handling and inventory control procedures
Restock products, clean, and organize the store

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
21 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift packages under 30 pounds
Open availability, including weekends and weekday mornings
