Job Description

Part-time Budtender at CoCo Farms Antioch, providing inviting and positive experiences for customers and making product recommendations based on their needs and preferences

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming customer experience
Build rapport with customers and make product recommendations
Develop and maintain product knowledge
Ensure customers know about specials and promotions
Complete Point of Sale transactions accurately
Follow cash-handling and inventory control procedures
Restock products, clean, and organize the store

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
21 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift packages/boxes under 30 pounds
Bilingual preferred
Open availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30pm to 8:30pm
Ability to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
