Job Description

Packaging Technician to support and optimize packaging processes in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art cannabis production facility

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor cannabis production machines
Inspect cannabis products for quality, consistency, and compliance
Ensure smooth flow of production
Monitor and maintain equipment
Identify and resolve machine issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Accurately record data related to packaging activities

Requirements

High school diploma
Cannabis production experience (valuable but not required)
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a Federal Background Check
