Job Description

Fine Fettle is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Packaging Technician to support and optimize packaging processes in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art cannabis production facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor cannabis production machines
Inspect cannabis products for quality and compliance
Ensure smooth production flow
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues
Perform duties safely and efficiently
Record data related to packaging activities

Requirements

High school diploma
Cannabis production experience (valuable but not required)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Pass a Federal Background Check
