Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all tasks in packaging areas
• Regularly examine machine operation and learn to run and troubleshoot machinery
• Train new team members on job duties
• Maintain equipment in good condition and clean machines
• Report on when small equipment needs to be replaced
• Supply packaging manager with performance analysis and log downtime
• Follow SOPs and training to check components for QA/QC
• Understand the purpose of doing line checks throughout packing orders and when cleaning
• Check labels and packages for print to ensure correct information
• Understand and be concurrent on all SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of previous relevant work experience within packaging, pharmaceutical, or biotech firms
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make quick decisions
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter and maintain accurate data
