Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Performs accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of all products
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure safety and efficacy of products
• Ensures daily production schedule and goals are met
• Maintains high level of cleanliness of packaging equipment and production areas
• Documents line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance department to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assists in fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
• Able to pass background checks and provide valid badging/credentials
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-year experience in cannabis or packaging preferred
• Adaptable and flexible with ability to manage change and ambiguity
