Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive before the rest of the team to set up workstations for the day
• Ensure work areas are maintained in accordance with operational, sanitation, and safety SOPs
• Communicate with the manager to find out the production plan, crew set up and tasks for the day
• Display and maintain the scheduling on white board
• Supervise the room, maintaining a safe work environment and assisting team members when needed
• Manage system movements in LEAF LOGIX by following SOPs
• Assist with METRC collection, ensuring accurate tracking and logging
• Train newly hired employees on different tasks, ensuring they can meet daily production goals
• Supervise cleanup at end of shift – making sure everything is clean, swept, and put away properly

Requirements

• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
• Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
• Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a regulated environment, in commercial food/medical production or clean room processes, and in labeling rules and regulations
