Packaging Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily production schedules to ensure efficiency goals
• Verify working areas, tools, and equipment are maintained and in good working order
• Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools, and equipment
• Produce reliable and precise data for batch, equipment, quality, and inventory documentation
• Accurately fill out logs and tracking records
• Prepare room for opening and closing of each shift
• Keep equipment in good working condition
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure team members are present and redirect to tasks as necessary
• Notify Lab Manager of poor performance, behavior, and deviations from SOP

Requirements

• Production, manufacturing, and supervisory experience
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking for extended periods
