Packaging Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh, count, and store finished products
• Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging, and product logging for accurate inventory control
• Responsible for proper use, safety, maintenance, and sanitation of designated equipment
• Process finished product to desired company standards following quality control standards
• Clean and maintain all equipment and material
• Ensure appropriate storage of products

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. preferred
• Cannabis knowledge is preferred
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds
• Manual dexterity, including frequent and repetitive use of hands and fingers in a fast-paced production environment
