Order Fulfillment Specialist - Socal (1pm to 9:30pm)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes to ensure accuracy
• Prepare finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
• Receive and log incoming items
• Unload delivery trucks and verify inbound deliveries match purchase orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous order fulfillment experience highly preferred
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred
