Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and warm welcome
• Operate front desk computer, check in patients, and update patient files
• Process paperwork for new patients and perform data entry
• Provide new patients with a brief explanation of services
• Keep online/paper menus current with daily offerings
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities
• Respond to customer needs and manage issues
• Support the Store Management team in driving sales and controlling shrink

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Ability to work a schedule reflective of availability, including weekends and holidays
• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with flexibility to be scheduled within 24-48 hours notice
• Normal, corrective vision range, ability to see color, and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift
